FAQs
Why should I consider a House Wash?
Just like your car, or anything else exposed to the elements, in order to keep general grime, mould, moss and fungi from building up, creeping in, and causing damage, your home needs regular cleaning, both as prevention, and as a solution. Every home owner should consider having their house washed at least once a year to prevent organic growth from setting in. It’s not just about keeping your home looking clean, it’s also about keeping you and your home healthy.
Is House Washing safe for my home and surrounding gardens?
Wai. draws from multiple washing techniques to effectively clean your home's exterior. Some of these methods utilise specialised cleaning solutions rather than high-pressure systems. All cleaning agents used are 100% biodegradable. Prior to any work, we ensure that surrounding gardens are well-cared for and adequately watered. Each home is treated with care, taking into account its unique materiality and characteristics.
Does Wai. have their own water supply?
We have our own water tank of which we top up at the job site when needed. This is standard practice in our industry. As a general rule, a House Wash can vary in water usage, although an extra $4-$10 could be expected to be added to the customers water bill for that month. Wai. recognises this as a perceived barrier and so this additional cost is considered in our pricing.
Is Wai. insured should damages occur during the washing process.
Yes Wai. is insured for peace of mind and mutual trust between both you the client and ourselves. Any risk of damage will be identified and relayed to the customer before commencing with any job.
